My little scribbling on the picture shows you that once the wall is boarded and rendered, well we will be about 40mm over the boundary, on this 1m of wall... And our neighbour is not too happy about that. We could argue that honestly 4cm is not a lot to worry about, especially on this little stretch of wall, but there you go, her property is her property, her land is her land, she is fundamentally right so we've had to move the wall back 4cm !
We only want to keep everybody happy...
